These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ha77 platform and all related services. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using any ha77 service, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
By accessing the ha77 Platform, registering an Account, or using any of the Services in any capacity, you unconditionally acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference — including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.
Your acceptance is confirmed by any of the following actions: (a) ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration; (b) clicking "Register" or any equivalent confirmation button; (c) making a deposit into your ha77 Account; or (d) launching any game or betting product on the Platform.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a business entity, you additionally represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. ha77 notes, however, that the Platform is designed and licensed for individual personal use only — corporate or institutional wagering accounts are not offered.
To be eligible to register and maintain an ha77 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
ha77 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and location at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all deposits and winnings will be withheld pending investigation, and the matter will be reported to PAGCOR as required by law.
Each person is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on ha77. The registration of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein. To register, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ha77 Login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication method. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ha77 will never ask for your full password. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. Notify ha77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
ha77 is required under PAGCOR regulations and Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations to verify the identity of all players before enabling deposit and withdrawal functionality. KYC verification requires submission of: (a) a government-issued photo ID (UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or passport); and (b) a clear selfie photograph. ha77 may additionally request proof of address, source of funds documentation, or enhanced due diligence materials for accounts meeting certain transaction thresholds.
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after registration will result in withdrawal functionality remaining disabled. ha77 is not liable for any inconvenience arising from delayed KYC completion where such delay is attributable to the User.
ha77 accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, 7-Eleven (OTC), Coins.ph, and USDT cryptocurrency. Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the Cashier section of your Account and are subject to change. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name — third-party deposits are prohibited and will trigger an account investigation.
ha77 does not charge fees on deposits made via GCash or Maya. Fees, if any, applicable to bank transfer or cryptocurrency deposits are disclosed in the Cashier interface and may be subject to the payment provider's own terms.
Withdrawals are available only to verified (KYC-complete) Account holders. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit where technically possible. ha77 targets processing of GCash and Maya withdrawal requests within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
ha77 reserves the right to perform additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts, or withdrawals following changes to Account credentials. These checks are conducted under PAGCOR compliance requirements and for the protection of the Account holder.
All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱) unless otherwise stated in the Cashier for applicable cryptocurrency methods. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined at the time of transaction and disclosed before confirmation.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and RNG games represent theoretical long-term averages calculated over millions of game rounds. Individual sessions may deviate significantly from published RTPs. The published RTP for each game is the actual RTP applied — ha77 does not alter game RTPs from provider-certified values.

Where a manifest error is identified, affected players will be notified and stakes returned to their Account Balance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ha77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:
All intellectual property on the ha77 Platform — including but not limited to the ha77 brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, and audiovisual content — is owned by or licensed to ha77. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest or licence to use ha77's intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary to use the Platform for its intended personal, non-commercial purpose.
Game content is owned by the respective game providers and is licensed to ha77 for distribution on the Platform. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any game content without the express written consent of the relevant game provider and ha77.
ha77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ha77 processes personal data for the following primary purposes: Account management; KYC and identity verification; compliance with PAGCOR, AMLA, and other legal obligations; fraud prevention and security monitoring; customer support; and, with appropriate consent, direct marketing communications. ha77 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) ha77 has reasonable grounds to suspect breach of these Terms; (b) KYC verification is incomplete or documents submitted are under review; (c) ha77 is required to do so by PAGCOR, law enforcement, or court order; (d) the Account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent or money-laundering activity; or (e) a technical or security investigation requires temporary Account restriction.
ha77 may terminate an Account permanently where: (a) prohibited conduct under Section 8 is confirmed; (b) the Account holder is found to be under 21 years of age; (c) the Account holder is found to be on a PAGCOR gaming exclusion list; or (d) continued operation of the Account would put ha77 in violation of applicable law or PAGCOR requirements. Upon termination for cause, ha77 may withhold or forfeit the Account Balance in accordance with applicable law and PAGCOR guidance.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting ha77 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (subject to any applicable withdrawal verification requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirements are forfeited upon Account closure.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ha77's aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that User in the ninety (90) days preceding the claim.
ha77 is not liable for: (a) loss of winnings, profits, or revenue arising from technical failures beyond ha77's reasonable control; (b) interruptions to the Platform caused by third-party infrastructure, telecommunications providers, or internet outages; (c) acts or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or sports data suppliers; (d) losses resulting from a User's failure to comply with these Terms; or (e) indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind except as required by applicable Philippine consumer protection law. ha77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, and Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on their own devices.
If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of ha77's Services, you must first contact ha77's Customer Support via live chat or email at [email protected]. ha77 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and providing a substantive response within fourteen (14) calendar days.
If a complaint cannot be resolved through Customer Support, it may be escalated to ha77's Compliance team. If the Compliance team's determination is disputed, the matter may be referred to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism, subject to PAGCOR's own procedures and timelines.
ha77 does not agree to binding arbitration for disputes below PHP 50,000 in value. For disputes at or above this threshold, the parties shall first attempt mediation through a mutually agreed mediator before proceeding to formal legal proceedings.
ha77 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Account holders via email to the registered address or via an in-Platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before taking effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by PAGCOR regulation or applicable law.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account pursuant to Section 12.3 before the amendment's effective date. The current version of these Terms is always accessible from the footer of the Platform and is dated with its effective date.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to: the Civil Code of the Philippines; the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act 8792); the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173); the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act 9160 as amended); and all relevant PAGCOR circulars and regulations in force from time to time.
Any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms that are not resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 14 shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
The English language version of these Terms is the authoritative version. In the event of any conflict between an English language version and any translation, the English language version shall prevail.
